The Chef and his second in command
Welcome to La Becher Gare! I am Frederic, the Chef and I am passionate about the authenticity and quality of products. I'm proud to work here with Tom, my second in command in the kitchen, a native of the region.
For us, authentic cuisine is much more than just a job. It's a real passion, a way of conveying emotions and telling stories through every dish we prepare. I attach great importance to the selection of the best ingredients, favouring local and seasonal products. This approach guarantees the freshness and the tastiness of our dishes, while supporting local producers.
Tom, being Luxembourgish native, has a deep knowledge of the products and culinary traditions of his land. His expertise perfectly complements my creativity and together we are constantly challenging ourselves.
Being inspired by traditional recipes, we like adding a personal and contemporary touch.
